Unfortunately, bespoke furniture or lighting, flat-packed items that have been assembled, items that are made to order or personalised, Gift Cards, media items where the seal has been broken, toiletries that have been opened, perishable items, and personal items such as earrings, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty. Please find the extensive list below, as per section nine of our Terms & Conditions.
9.13.1 bespoke or made-to-measure items (including, without limitation, bespoke furniture or lighting);
9.13.2 vintage items;
9.13.3 ex-display items;
9.13.4 flat-packed items that have been assembled;
9.13.5 items that are made to order or personalised;
9.13.6 gift cards;
9.13.7 digital products after you have started to download or stream these;
9.13.8 services, once these have been completed, even if the cancellation period is still running;
9.13.9 products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after
you receive them (this includes toiletries once they have been opened);
9.13.10 personal items such as earrings, underwear and swimwear;
9.13.11 perishable items;
9.13.12 sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, once these products are
unsealed after you receive them; and
9.13.13 any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery
